Game King controlpanel
« on: January 09, 2013, 08:31:12 am »
I'm working on a 2 player cocktail cabinet "Game King". This is the graphic I'm working on. It will be duplicated for the player 2 side (except for the start buttons- player 2 side will only have a P2 start button).
So the control panels will feature a joystick, 6 pushbuttons and a spinner. The balltop, buttons and tmolding will be green to match the theme.
Let me know what you think!

Reworked it a bit- made the crown yellow. Player 1 as a blue panel, Player 2 as a green panel. Any thoughts, critique or suggestions?

Is there a reason why P2 panel has yellow/green/white curves, but P1 panel has only white curves?

Maybe if you had red/blue/white curves on P1 corresponding to the yellow/green/white curves on P2.   :dunno

Hmm, nice catch- it is because the lines layer is below the photoshop layer that turns the original green hues into blues.
I'll experiment with some colors there.

A quick test using glossy photopaper in my printer and putting a sheet of plexiglass on top.

I tried with different colors on the blue- but I ended up reusing the yellow colors of the lines and sparkles. But in all that is much better than the plain white.
