King of Fighters Maximum Impact - New Character Video - Info I didn't need

I came accross a "making of" King of Fighters Maximum Impact Regulation A DVD for a couple bucks.
It was a bonus that came with the PS2 version. 
I thought it might be interesting or I might be able to capture some artwork from it.

The details it gives on the new character portion are just absurd  :lol
