I may be a bit off but I think you will have issues running that with Mame. at best you will have to have standard res games not at thier regular res.
I'm not sure how that may be handled with some of the utilities that are out there.

I run one with an arcage vga card and it looks amazing... plugged and played...prettymuch

Medium res is 24kHz.  Most classic games ran at 15kHz from the 70's to the 90's, and then most everything went to 31kHz.  There's relatively few that ran at 24kHz. 

ZEN, your setup may be an improvement from what you had before, but you are not running most games in native resolution.
