Mame32 not recognizing roms.

Just added a few more roms to my Mame roms directory, and all except one are working fine. One of the roms (Money Puzzle Exchanger) just wont show up as available. I can see the file in the roms folder, and I can open it with Winzip, so it's not a corrupted zip.  Any ideas?
Thanks.
Anyone?

Edit: Changed the subject so it sounded less like a noobish rom request..
