screen grab (art?) needed - star trek 4 blu-ray

hey guys,

hoping someone will be able to help out with a screen grab.  i found an image that i am thinking about being my control panel.  it's a shot of the enterprise at the end of star trek 4.  here is the shot i am talking about:

but is there anyway to get a high res image of this?  screen grab from a blu-ray disc?  would that even be of high enough resolution?

anyone willing to help a brother out?
