Thank you for the reply SNAAKE I already have the Monster HD Cable is that good? And when you are talking about the xbox setting to 720p do I need to do this under the original dash or can I make the change in XBMC?

Also what About the settings within the xport emulator? Whats the biggest you can play these emulators at with a good pic?

720 setting has to be done in the original dash.

I'm using CoinOps 3 on a 47" TV.  Games look awesome, brah.

Yeah it has to be NTSC in order to get 720.  PAL users do not have a 720 option.

PBJ is spot on: Coinops 3 looks the business.

Hopefully CoinOPS 4 will have XBMC as the launcher.   :applaud:

Yeah it has to be NTSC in order to get 720.  PAL users do not have a 720 option.

If you are a PAL victim you can switch to NTSC with Enigma Video Mode Switcher though.
If there's bees in the trap I'm catching em
By the thorax and abdomen
And sanding the stingers down to a rough quill
Then I dip em in ink, and I scribble a bit
But if it they wriggle then I tickle em until they hold still
Lemme say it again
In my land of pretend
I use bees as a mf'n pen

Actually I plugged my Xbox into the downstairs TV and it came up in NTSC and looked pretty damn good in SD.

So I'm undecided on the HD option now.

My $224 42" LED LCD special from Amazon arrived today....

 :o :o :o :o

Wow $224 for a 42".  I wish we had deals like that.  Mind you I have a HD projector and its been sitting in its bag for a month but it is noisy as hell, but 42" for any console is way too cool.

Nice job PBJ.   :applaud:

Yes.... long story behind that TV....

Anyway, I did some medical testing for a mountain cedar allergy pill in exchange for money.  The idea was I would get a 3D TV for "free."  Then I started reading reviews and saw the prices jump around everywhere.  The manufacturers still haven't settled on a format and Forbes is citing the flop of 3D as the reason Best Buy will be bankrupt in a year or so.

Meanwhile. I join up on Slick Deals and learn how to exploit free cash out of Chase.

So between all this, I'm piling up some serious 'free' money.  Hey, just a few sleepless nights.  Whatever.  Then my wife quits her job.  Eek.

Well, the problem with having a Kindle Fire is you can fart around online at all hours of the night.  An alert goes out on Slick Deals that Amazon is dumping an off brand TV cheap.  Turns out they did it as a Cyber Monday deal that wasn't quite good enough for the price, so they got a lot of open box returns and are clearing them out at less than half price.  I promptly order two of them.

Then I realize I didn't use my gift cards and cash back credit card.  I try changing payment methods.  Nope.  Can't do it.  I try cancelling and reordering.  Sure, okay.  We'll cancel.  Oops, sorry, we can only cancel one of them.  Oh, sorry, no, you can't immediately reorder it.  We've got to put it back online, but since we sold out in 10 minutes, you'll have to get lucky.  Oh, and we've raised the price now because of the demand.  And that one we cancelled?  Someone already bought it.

Amazon's only option is for me to return the remaining TV after I get it....  at their expense.  And then hope I see it show back up in inventory.  But I've got 30 days to decide.  Meanwhile, my wife gets a job offer.    :P

Anyway, long story short, my TV arrived via 2 Day FedEx yesterday...  42", LED backlit LCD, 1080P glory.

A two happy endings story.  I like it.  :applaud:

A Pay for someone else to do it for you :)  see the following.    http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?topic=76185.0

There are a couple of threads regarding hacking controllers,  It all depends on the type of controller you want hacked.

I finally got all the X-arcade adapters for my Tank Stick and the setup was quick. Now im rocking the sticks on my 360. And that's just one part of the adapter I can connect a couple different consoles with ease. If you have the money I would check out X-arcade.
