Is that the one where it ends with god clicking his fingers to detonate an atom bomb?.
Why make a really good 6 hour series when you can make a mediocre 60 hour series and sell ten times the commercial space and blurays?
the demon
I just finished watching this 6 hour movie, it was just as good as I remember when it first came out. Makes me wonder why they can’t produce more of these epic made for TV series.
I dunno, but I heard that folks don't want to pay to make things that only sheep will watch without pirating ... EvilTotal ---smurfing--- hypocrisy for you to blast people for not pirating everything they can and then to ---smurfette--- about the lack of quality IP.
I dunno, I heard there were some sheep who bought it on VHS afterwards ... Including Mrs Cheffo. The point is that YOU don'T get to choose how much money "they" should make (EDIT) AND then get to ---smurfette--- about people not making quality IP.
QuoteIs that the one where it ends with god clicking his fingers to detonate an atom bomb?.Ya there were some questionable parts at the last episode. They had the demon get mad at his lackey, turn into a demon (which was just a really bad costume) throw a tantrum and then turn back into a human. It completely sucked out all the suspense that he was the devil and was just lame. To me the serious would have been stronger if he was not in it at all. They should have had him in some dream sequences, kept him as the crow observing, and had his disciplines to carry out his wishes.Other then that the first 3 episodes I was more interested in what’s coming next then I was watching Lost.

No idea what you are talking about. I posted this thread saying I like this movie. Were those two sentences that I posted at the top too much for you to read and comprehend all in one sitting or…

Jeff....just stay on-topic. Despite what happened in other threads, don't drag that ---steaming pile of meadow muffin--- in here.
A multi-part movie remake is in the works of The Stand
Unfortunately, Hollywood is working on a big screen version (two part). I don't see the need for another adaptation this soon.Plus, come on, who is more perfect for Stu Redman than Gary Sinise?
Oops Ron Howard is still shopping the Dark Tower around as well. It'd be cool if they cast the Man in Black with the same actor in both adaptations
Hopefully Ron Howard fails to get it made. Talk about someone NOT suited to make it. I mean, the guy cast Javier Bardem as Roland! WTF?!?
