Back when I started my current WIP, I ordered some sample T-molding. I was largely dissatisfied with Tue options because, while I can find the width and color, I can't match the shape. And while I can match the width and shape, I can't match the color. It's been a while and, like a dummy, I didn't note which samples were for what, so I kind of have to start over.
Then it dawned on me that one of the paint companies (I'm at work and I'm
too lazy to Google this detail right now) sells a spray paint that's supposed to "bond" with plastics on a "molecular level" that I can try with the T-molding. Tried a forum search and found a few queries but no answers. Has anyone tried this paint on the molding? I really don't want it rubbing off, that would suck ass.
Note: IIRC, the white Nintendo "flat" T-molding is a perfect match in size and shape, but not color. If I can spray paint it black..... you get the idea.
If no one answers, I'll pick up a can of the plastics paint and give it a whirl on my sample.
