Tilted image on CRT TV
« on: May 28, 2011, 11:12:05 pm »
I tried searching but could not find anything about my exact issue. The image in the bottom/top left is basically squared, however the top right is off the screen, and bottom left comes up leaving about a 1/3 " of black space. I have not found any way to adjust this through the tv and was wondering if anyone knew what the issue is and how to fix it. I'm running svid to the computer.

model number is Kv27s66
Manufactured: September 2000

Picture (don't know if u can see the problem)

Thanks for the help

Chris

Edit-

Another thing to note, it is only slanted on svideo as far as I can tell. When it's on cable the static takes up the entire screen.

Edit2-

Composite does the same thing, guess that means its likely something like the yoke needs adjusting. Don't know if I have the balls to do that though, electricity freaks me out.

you have a slight rotation of the image no big deal BUT, unless you have an adjustment to fix the distortion (being a TV it likely doesn't) i wouldn't worry too much about it.

but if you insist: linky linky---->http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?topic=111674.0

it's not a big deal really.
