I know this has probably been asked a million times, but is the hook up of a true arcade monitor to my pc the same as a regular monitor? Is the connector the same? I own this Acer monitor below...



Would a CRT monitor from say, Happs hook up the same? Thanks for the help!

If it is not a digital arcade monitor then no it will not hook up the same. A traditional older arcade monitor has 5 or 6 wires that GND, SYNC and then provide the three colors R,G,B.

You can get a VGA breakout cable from ultimarc which should hook right up to any arcade monitor:
