It's a fighting game with a multi-level background, I remember one level distinctly being a boat - maybe it starts sinking during the round? There are guns scattered around, and one of the playable characters is a monkey. It's fairly fast-paced and probably came out in the mid nineties judging by what I remember of the graphics.

No I think he was a standard brown monkey. I liked fighting him - it's always surprising when a monkey grabs an uzi.
