I found this posted somewhere else but I figured there were people here that would appreciate it.

My statements are my own opinions. They have the value that the reader gives them. My opinion of my opinion varies between foolish and brilliant and these opinions often change with new information.

I would imagine every game system has 10 or 20 really great games. Maybe even 30 or 40 tops. After that your scraping the bottom of the barrel. For as many games as that guy has he probably has a alot of crap...

Maybe I'm just a "half empty" kinda guy.

No no - this guy lives in his parent's basement.  He ain't rich - his parents just don't charge him rent.

And yeah, he definetely needs help.  I don't see one single PC Engine or TurboGrafx-16 in the bunch!

Ah Ha! Notice how the XBOX has the preeminent spot among the lesser consoles?  Note the GC all but buried on the right.  Xbox is front and center, with the greatest Xbox game ever proudly displayed.  Not counting handhelds, looks like it's the only console he even bothered to plug in controllers for :) Hee check out the little NES robot - I had that - but it was only good for a few games.....I'm kidding with the bashing by the way.

Could be the angle, but the color's look a little weird on that HALO shot.

Ok I'm jealous, too...this guy has quite the shrine!

I have more Super Nintendo games than that.  :P Seems like he's in love with his N64, though.

Somebody remind me again --- How many games can you play at one time?

This guy needs to offload some of that crap on EBAY.

I guess he hasn't figured out that he can emulate all of those Nintendo games and Sega games on his DC ... oh never mind, I just figured that out myself.  :-[

I don't really see that as impressive. It's pretty sad really. It's the kind of thing people should be getting some kind of counselling for I think. It must really impress all his imaginary friends though lol.

I remember seeing this same pic a long time ago.  If I recall, it was a display for an auction on ebay.

Where was this pic from?  Got a link?

Hmmm. Looks like the color balance is off on his TV. That IS a problem ... or is that not what you're talking about?

Actually, I'm thinking he's had a rough go of things--looks like the largest part of his library, nearly that whole left side, is N64 and Jaguar games. And as a former tortured owner of both of those systems, I can say with absolute certainty that there might be ten good games in those piles.

I can identify all the consoles, except the thing behind Robbie the Robot. Is that a console?

Can anyone make out what is between the Final Fantasy box and the Intellivision console? Some sort of handle looking thing.

Sad thing is the dude has all that hardware, and then winds up buying a dinky-assed tiny TV...42 inches?  And 16:9 Widescreen to boot...boy I'll bet Nintendo and Atari are gonna look SWEET on that :P

You gotta buy whats appropriate...for Atari 2600, for example, get the worst 19" Color TV you can find, preferrably one of the models that your local Savings Bank gives away when you open a checking account =D
