I think HowardC's Unofficial Marquee Pack #14 on the sticky thread should been unsticked and instead notice it by the other sticky thread about Single Sticky Post for former sticky threads:

Its over 1.5 year ago the last post AND the files is gone and did not never updated which is a shame, since it was a great project.
