Nebula Running to Fast?

Ok I upgraded My pc Copied Over all My Roms everything Worked Great.. But When I Ran Nebula in Mamewah The Games Would Go Nuts Run Very Very Fast.. They run Normal for about 30sec then nuts again?.. I Press Scroll Lock to Cap The fps But Doesn't Work?
Help me Please I love Nebula :*(
