Put me down for a 50/50 mix of tokens when you start shipping the smaller batches. I only have 2 arcade game machines, one's Exibar's Lair mame machine :-)

Im in Oz and love the idea of tokens, only one cab but the kids might like it, however 200 to much for me, whats the chance of 50/50, if you cant no worries, if you can, consider this a pre order and i cant wait to pay.

100 tokens is not very many, its like a handfull really. If you dont mind constantly empying your coin bucket, then go for it, but you'll probably fill it pretty quickly if you have a game of puzzle bubble or TMNT (or similar very attictive games).

I think the minimum anyone should have is 200. I already have some MAME tokens and ive preordered 200 BYOAC tokens.

it's my understanding that Santoro only preorders to make sure that he can break even. So, once he gets enough preorders to break even, he puts in the order which includes quite a few tokens beyond what was pre-ordered.

If the other BYOAC and MAME tokens are any clue, you should be able to get tokens for at least a few months after the pre-orders are done.

I certainly found that 200 wasn't enough for me. Of course, I've got several games running, and regularly have 3-4 people playing. 200 might be enough for a single machine that only you use.

I have broken even on ordering both metals so we will do both. I will submit the order as soon as Pixelhugger is done cleaning up the art files for the mint.

I'm assuming that means that you will still have some stock left? I know you make an extremely slight profit, (a good thing), I'm just wondering if that means that ordering new sets closes soon.

Yes. All my tokens so far are the exact same size - .984" It would be illegal to make them the exact same size as quarters but they look the about the same size when you look at them.

I am still awaiting lead proofs from the mint. I asked for a status via email on Wed but have not heard back yet. I will make a phone call on Monday. So it appears we do have a delay of a few weeks here. Apologies for that. This is the first time I have had such a delay, I am guessing it might be because the design is more complex than usual.

AAHHHHHHHHH!!!!

it does stinks, but i know in the end this pause will have birthed 200 cool new tokens. i can't wait to hold them all in my hand, and listen to them as they plunk into my newly installed and still not functional coin door (with the other 200 tokens i've got). well, i'll try to keep patiently waiting.

Waiting as patiently as possible. Not to worry. I still have the joy of unwrapping my pushbuttons trackball and joysticks to occupy me. Then some weeks of build time before I can actually use a token
