Attempting a Mame system, just a couple of questions..

Well after months of reading, planning and designing I about to start building my own Mame system. At present I don

1)   Spinners; Oscar Model 3 or Pro, why choose one over the other?

Oscar Model 3 is a cheaper model with a small enconder wheel and with a lightier feel.
Oscar Pro is a more expensive spinner model with a big enconder wheel and a heavier feel.
Personally, I think Model 3 is enough for most persons. I have a Model 3!  

2)   Happs Trackballs (3" DIAMETER HIGH-BALL TRACKBALL); Do I need the mounting plate for this? Can this be mounted from the underside as I would like my control panel completely flush, just a clear lexan panel covering the top.

And finally one more question but probably the most important, I live in the UK so will I have much trouble ordering and shipping all this stuff over? Anyone else here from the UK done this?
