I've got an original Defender coin door, but it's missing the mechanisms.

Had to go check my Defender door (just a bare door, not on a cab) and I have no idea where that part is.  I suspect I'm missing it as well.

The mechs don't seem to reliably drop the coins through, so I think the missing part holds everything in place a little better.  This is one of the silver doors, so it might be a little different on the inside than the black doors...you never know!  The mech work perfectly in another door, so I know they aren't the problem.

It's a common Williams pinball part. You want Williams part number 1A-4253 Rejector Locking Plate. Order it from www.pbresource.com

Thanks for the info...I went to the site and tried to locate the part....I couldn't find a search function, but I sent an email.  I might pick up a few other parts when I make the order.

It's not on the site. There's a lot of stuff not on the site. You have to contact Steve either by phone or email with part numbers in hand.
