I think TacoTownCharlie needs to get the new Toyota "Tacozilla" camper for us to party in.

I must say this thing is giving me ideas 

Would be worth the trip just to get a picture of me drinking a beer next to that truck.

Be stoked to meet a whole pile of you at some point- and this venue would of course be a perfect excuse.

I can't commit yet, but man do I hope I can make it.

If I could actually get my ---steaming pile of meadow muffin--- together and finish building out the ohana you could always shoot out here for a bit on your way to AZ and then maybe wouldn't need the chloroform.

I am making the trip.

I traveled by plane several times during COVID.

No issues. If anything there were less people so it was easier.

When I flew out to Boston, O'Hare airport was empty.

I had a hot dog and several beers in peace and quiet while I waited for my flight.

The hotel doesn’t do bulk discounts anymore. We’re gonna look into it and see if they will because business might’ve been affected by the pandemic, but it’s really up to them.

Now that I look, I see that the Delta Hotel is stumbling distance to a convention center on the same block pretty much- is this the venue of greatness?

Appears that maybe a rental car is not a necessity for this fiasco either?  (as there are a few museums and even an ice rink within walking distance too...)

We would be arriving at PHX Thurs dinner time and so also could help with setup if there is stuff left yet to do-

I have permission from all relevant parties to do this thing, so just wondering if the boy could attend also.

Any other details that a virgin should know?!

There is absolutely nothing to do in Mesa besides ZapCon.  Get a room in downtown Phoenix and rent a car.

Hopefully all you clowns don't regret telling me I was allowed to go because I just booked our flights.

We are staying at some Hilton joint that has enough pool and water slide action to make sure we don't evaporate before we leave Monday.

We arrive about 5PM the 28th so if Tyler and I can help with setup up or any other mayhem please send me a message.

Not sure who is more excited- me or the boy.

Hope there is some rum there somewhere.
