winUAE - key mapping joysticks driving me nuts

hi all,

i've assigned keys via winUAE and also winUAE Loader to my arcade controls but for the life of me, it isn't working.  the weird thing is, my 360 controller works just fine, just not the keys on my CP.

also, when running winUAE in cd32 mode (not using winUAE Loader for this), the exact opposite is true, my CP keys work just fine but my 360 controller doesn't.

anyone else having key mapping issues with winUAE?
