GGG has the LED-Wiz (http://groovygamegear.com/webstore/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=239).
Ultimarc has the PacLED64 (http://www.ultimarc.com/pacled64.html).
There are many threads like Nephasth's Two-Headed Beast (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,108719.msg1154107.html#msg1154107) build that can provide more info on these products and using them with many front ends and/or the LEDBlinky program.
The controllers will probably need an external power source since the current limit via USB is 500 mA (100 mA if connected to an unpowered hub) -- 12 RGB buttons @60 mA per button would draw 720 mA.
***Example only, check the specs on the buttons you choose and leave yourself some wiggle room on the current rating of the power supply.***

LEDwiz or PacLED64 ? :dunno im using maximus arcade...??? ???

How many channels do you need? Ledwiz supports 32, Pacled supports 64.

Each channel can be controlled independently to set the brightness like a light dimmer switch.
If you are using single color LED buttons, 20 buttons = 20 channels.
If you are using RGB (Red/Green/Blue) buttons, 20 buttons = 60 channels. (20 Red / 20 Green / 20 Blue)
An RGB button allows you to set a variety of colors by controlling the levels on the red, green, and blue channel you associate with that button -- picture the red, green, and blue pixels on a monitor combining to make different colors.
You can mix and match RGB and single color buttons on one controller IIRC.

thanks Scott  Any or the best brand available by ne chance I want the bottons to bright even when the light is on..(room)

You might want to check out this thread: RGB pushbutton showdown (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,121965.msg1294271.html). It has a nice comparison of the various brands of LEDs/buttons.
FWIW, I don't think there's really a "best" brand. It largely comes down to individual characteristics of the LEDs. Some are made to fit specific buttons, some are made to retrofit various buttons, and so on...

I'm fairly certain MA has built-in LEDWiz/LED Blinky support. But I don't know that PacLED64 won't work with MA.

Enough info provided for LED power so I will not add. The picture however shows that these 2 terminals burnt up a 12 V fan. This is due to the 2 terminals being the 120V going to the cab. The other fan in the pic is a 115/120V ac fan.

how bout the other ports???????

Don't know what you refer to as ports. The arcade PS is a source of 5V and 12V as marked on the terminal strip. There is usually an AC Line Neutral and Ground that are inputs to the power supply. The Ground is for the AC ground and is not related to the ground for the 5V and 12V.
So use 12V or 5V depending on what your LEDs require.

Yeah I really love those buttons now. I also think that spray painting the inner plunger made them look better when the leds are off. I also have no lightbleeding :)

I want one of those, badly. I had the hardest time finding them with the power image on them, I was only able to find them with the ring and a solid metal button.

I also told you to hook it into the 12v on the power supply.

That being said, why are you spending 25-30 on a $5 PC fan? I'm hoping the big letters will help you to actually read this time.

ok so im planning to install 19 led buttons ( 2 players) (12)6 for each player 2 for coins 2 for start and three for Maximus Arcade (1)esc.(1)home.(1)enter my show case 33" is for 4 players but i only see player 3 and 4 harness hanging ( not connected to jamma h.) how do i connect this so i can use more buttons?? :dunno oooh also what type of quick disconnect harnes r good for speakers and power my arcade comes in two pieces so when i moved will b nice to just disconnect and connect ( not cuting cable everytime)(http://i.imgur.com/fweN0v1.jpg)

Since you only have a 2 player control panel you would need to build a 4 player control panel to connect the hanging wires for player 3 and 4.

You need to add an ipac to your jpac to allow the inputs for players 3 and 4 along with adding all the buttons and joysticks to you panel.

I think he's trying to use the P3 and P4 harnesses for his buttons and not actually have a set up for 4 players. I think he's missing the basics of
1) You dont need to use the existing harnesses
2) All buttons share a common ground
3) You just need to run a wire from the terminals on the JPac to a button (and share a ground) for the button to work
4) Read before trying things
5) researching a little before asking what can be considered very easy questions that are easy to find answers to
6) 120v AC isnt the same as 12v DC

Thanks for the clarification Malenko. I do not understand exactly what he is trying to accomplish with all the questions that do not seem to have a common goal. I thought it would be a stretch trying to turn a 2 player panel into a 4 but I don't judge, I just try to provide info on the process.
Thanks Bob

If you are already using all the extra terminals on the jpac for buttons you have to add another interface to add more buttons. I now see you don't want player 3 and 4 to use just more buttons. An additonal ipac or other keyboard interface would have to be added since all the jpac is used.

get a Molex (4 pin power 8189 series) splitter, put it in your computer, tap the yellow for 12v and the black for ground. Dont wire in the grounds with the buttons, its usually best for beginners to keep wiring sets isolated from one another.

Daisy Chain.
You can run 2 wires (+12v and ground) from your power supply to your control panel, then splice/chain from there
