Happ joystick question
« on: January 31, 2010, 09:39:35 am »
I'm thinking about re-doing the control panel on my cab. I currently have a 2 player setup, but would like to make it a 4. I'm looking around trying to find a couple of joysticks to match the ones I already have, but am not having much luck. On the Happ website, I can see my joysticks (http://www.happcontrols.com/joysticks/ultimate_joy.htm), but it looks like they've change the colors. The joysticks I purchased in the past have the red knob with a black shaft, but it looks like now they are all red. Does anyone know where I can get the ones I originally purchased?

AFAIK knob and shaft were in the same color all the time. Only the washer is sometimes in black and sometimes in a corresponding color.

I wouldn't get ultimate joysticks.  They are pretty stiff and unresponsive.  The Super or Competition models are much better.  Read around and you'll much of the same opinions.
