You'll need a keyboard encoder of some sort and then depending on what jukebox software you are running you will need to assign button/keys to those functions.

Buy an Ultimarc IPac

or

Groovy Game Gear KeyWiz.

They both would be great for what you need and if you wanted to add buttons for something extra later, its right there with a neat and easy setup!

Use one of the two mentioned keyboard encoders above. Run wire from the buttons to the encoders. Plug the encoder into a PC PS2/USB port. On the bottom of the buttons, you should have a switch similar to these in the diagram below:

You can daisy chain the ground wires to each other and connect each button wire to one of the terminals.

Depending on what encoder you use,

You then need Ultimarc's WinIpac to program the encoder:

http://www.ultimarc.com/download.html

or Groovy Game Gears KeyWiz program:

http://groovygamegear.com/webstore/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=303

Program the encoders to your desired keyboard settings and you should only have to program just one time.

on the diagram of the switch, it shows not to ues the top terminal.what will that one be for.

That contact would be NC, which would keep the switch always ON.

the Ipac is powered through either the usb or ps2 cable. It is low current like a keyboard and only needs 3 volts (correct me if I'm wrong here) for power. Some of the wires in the usb/ps2 cable are for power and others are for the actual keystrokes.
