Coin door locks

Where can I get the coin door cylinder locks cheap? I have a 4 player cab so I need two for coin reject parts and two for the coin box part...can i get 4 of the same or are the two different some how?

I got a couple of coin door locks cheap at the local Home Depot.

Just look in their locks section -- they've got lots of different locks, and I found one that fit perfectly in my coin door for less than $5.

On the happ coin doors, i'm pretty sure the locks are of the 7/8" variety.  I know the happ over/under coin door is for sure, i just checked the schematics and looked up the lock by its part #.  I imagine its gonna be the same for most coin doors.  Am i understanding correctly that your coin door uses 4 locks?  Or do you have 2 coin doors using 2 locks each?

All coin doors manufactured since 1994 conform to JAMMA standards and they use 7/8" locks.

i had the same problem then i called LOWES store i aske if they had UTITLITY CAM LOCKS.

and they said yes we.........so i went up there and i bought 2 of them 1 for the coin door and another for the change bucket.

they are SOLID STEEL.

the price on the is 2.57 cents all in all i got like 5 dollars in on BRAND NEW COIN DOOR LOCKS.

use your brain dont buy them from HAPPS or anyone on the net you will be ripped off..

$2.57 is a good price.  I looked at Home Depot, and they wanted $3 + for one.  Not bad, but I was looking for cheaper.  I found it online, but only in quantity.

I went with the Lowes/Home Depot locks at first, then turned around and bought a sack full of proper arcade locks while I was at the amusement distributor's parts counter. The price difference ended up being about 25 cents a lock, though the difference in quality was well worth that extra quarter.

 Many amusement parts companies like Competitive Products, Mazzco, Betson-Imperial, Happ, and Wico have real amusement machine locks on sale all the time.

I got one that fit my Defender cab perfectly at Home Depot.  It's fine.
