Problem with connecting tv to computer

I have problem with connecting my tv to my computer.
There are now connected with a vga-scart from wolfsoft.

The problem is that windows doesn't show that well, all sides are missing.

for instance i can't see the windows start

is there someting i can do?

That's called overscan.  You need to adjust the display to reduce the amount of overscan being applied.  When you use the TV out on a video card, there are typically options for setting this up.  When outputting via the VGA I'm not sure what the most popular software to use is.  I used a software called "Power <something>" when I was setting this up way back when...I just can't remember what that <something> is anymore.

check ur tvs servicemode option : horizontal and vertikal size .

got the overscan solved.

but now i got a blackscreen, omg :)
i had the latest catalyst driver installed, but because soft15 needs catalyst driver 6.5 i changed it.

so now i'm screwed and need to reinstall windows.  :angry:

Uninstall the drivers and go again.  You shouldn't need to reinstall windows because of this.  If something stays after uninstall, try safe mode.
