Your pic is correct: wire coming out of bottom right hand corner when viewed from top.  Note that this will be the bottom left corner if viewing from bottom of CP.

Otherwise you'll need to flip the X & Y boards, and/or the X1 & X2 wires, and/or the Y1 & Y2 wires; or do a software fix.
