Need help loading drivers with instant sheller

Thanks for reading, im a big fan of instant sheller for mame cabs, now im building a dedicated jukebox with an elo touch screen monitor, i did the regular procedure with instant sheller, the only problem i have its that when the jukebox software starts the screen wont respond at all, so i exit the jukebox soft then start windows via explorer , then the touchscreen drivers load and the screen responds ok.
I know how to create a batch command then convert that to an exe file to call that with intant sheller, so i guess my question its, does anyone with a touchscreen monitor knows wich exe files should i call to load the drivers before the jukebox app? maybe some exe files at  c:\programfiles\elo touch systems\ directorie....
