Which of these is the Better Graphics card

I have 3 graphics cards, Non are super Duper. They are just for a desktop computer I am building for someone. Which would be the best one?

Nvidia FX5700 256mb
Nvidia Ti4400 128mb
Radeon 9550 256mb

I believe the ti 4400 is the fastest but it's a dx8 card and the other two support dx9 if that matters

I am going to go on a limb here.
I have run Mame on all three in the past...well the 4400ti was a 4200...but close enough.
Any of them will do as the drivers that support them are mature.

Now...that being said.  From an efficiency point of view...the NVidia drivers seems to have less overhear in terms of disk space and memory.

If you go with the Radeon card, you can get Omega Catalyst drivers that will dramatically reduce the junk you have to run on your system.  I've been running 2 1300pro cards for a few years and those drivers work great!

It wont be running Mame. It needs to Run sims 3 though. The Ti4400 is too old and doesnt support Shader 2.0
