just a quick question
« on: December 13, 2009, 01:37:29 am »
I just picked up a 36" monivision monitor the other day and i'm wondering if anyone has used a monitor this big before and if so how did it turn out. I wanted a big screen, but this almost seems like it would be too large for comfortable gaming.

it all depends on the distance between screen and control panel ( i suggest 1-2 m with this screensize ) . if ure planing to build a showcase style cabinet it may work fine , for close combat its pain in da ass.

  • Yeah, owning a MAME cab only leads to owning real ones. MAME just isn't good enough. It's a gateway drug.

Seconded. I'd go showcase.
