For anyone in the upstate NY (Rochester) area Strong Museum currently has a huge display of classic arcade machines. Here is a link to the info
http://www.ncheg.org/
. This is a great museum to spend a day at if you have little ones. I believe this is only here until 01/03/2010.

The museum actually ended up BUYING the exhibit. I don't know if they will continue touring it, but it is property of the museum now, IIRC.

Interesting...when did they buy it? I drove out to Funspot in November, and that was one of my stops. I was only there a couple hours though, but if it's going to be there permanently, I'll make it a point to stop by again next time I'm in the area.

In September the Strong museum bought 100 or so cabinets from the nice folks at Videotopia (the exhibit that the OP is referring to). The Videotopia exhibit at the Strong Museum closes on 03JAN2010.
The new (and smaller as I understand it) exhibit featuring the newly-acquired cabinets, is slated to open in 2012.
For those who can get there before the 03Jan closing, here is a link to the games:
http://www.museumofplay.org/things_to_see/images/Videotopia_GamesSheet_090809_MECH.pdf
Unfortunately, I don't have details as to which games were acquired and will be part of the permanent exhibit starting in 2012.
