Looking for an easy to use sega genesis emulator program

Hi guys. Could someone please give me some advise on an easy to setup sega genesis emulator. I just need one thats easy to configure and runs well. Thanks.  :)

Kega Fusion is by far the most effective emulator for your 16-bit SEGA needs. There's a lot of options you CAN configure, but for Genesis Games, the emu is good to go right out of the box (controller setup notwithstanding). Plus, it has the option to play GG, SMS, and 32X games, should you so desire.  :)

apparently Ive been out of the scene too long... Kega Fusion is where its at! now to find the 32x games....
