making instruction card

Anyone have a easy program or some simple way to make a instruction card with graphics for my x arcade stick? I want to have the card behind my plexi and show what the buttons control in hypser spin as well as mame neo geo sega genesis nintendo etc..Just the basic button functions..not any for a certain game.. Thanks

MSPaint with a digitized pic of the CP with labels (text boxes) connected via lines?

I may be missing your point tho. Doesn't seem too complicated to do with available software.

Well im not very artistic so I was hoping someone had a pre-made template or something for theres and I can fill it out or something..

You might be able to use CPWizard for this.  Take a picture of your CP and add labels where you want it.  Or, create the CP from scratch using the existing controls in the program.  When you are done, you can export it to an image file and print it as needed.
