WTD: ATI Video Card, ASUS Motherboard, Intel Dual/Quad core CPU, RAM

I am looking for the following items to nurse two of my older machines back to life:

1.  ATI Video Card.... HD4870 minimum  (PCI-E)

2.  ASUS motherboard with accompanying CPU and 1GB (min) RAM - prefer something Intel Dual or Quad core....nothing too fancy.  Upping the machine from a P4 3.8Ghz, so there's a lot of room to upgrade on this one.
