Arcade issue...or not!??? PLS Help

I have a Namco Steel Gunner 2 , in a dedicated cabinet. Boards are Jamma. Turn it on worked fine, turn off, turn on ..it works. Left the machine on for an hour or so , then the troubles began, display shows "ORAM ERR" flashing in a yellow box. Cant do anything with it, I dont have the manual or schematics...HELP ME PLEASE!
