Anyone heard from Arcade Depot lately?

I emailed them a few times over the past two weeks with some questions regarding a cocktail kit I bought from them this summer. No response. Very strange, since in my dealings with them this summer they were super-responsive. I rarely had to wait more than 24 hours to get a response then.

Any idea what's up? They still in business? They oughta be, they just had their kit featured in the Maximum PC holiday guide. Thanks.
