Anyone know a good source for CPO artwork,  I am not looking for high quality, I just want to be able to print out classic CPO's to use as a template to make control panels of the classics.

If you just need one or a few, you might want to search for the titles here:
http://maws.mameworld.info/maws/

... and scroll down to the cabinet art section once you have searched for a game.
