Price dropped to $75...

Have a  27" Phillips SCN827 C101 ScanCard II TV that I used in my JAMMA cabinet. I'm parting everything out, so this must go. Takes VGA/S-Video/RCA/Coax inputs. Pickup in Chicago - $75

Great chance for big viewing for a fraction of the price of a new/real monitor... No burn-in... vga input... ready to go....

What are the overall dimensions?  I'm coming through Chicago around Thanksgiving and might be interested if it's not already gone by then.
I may not have gone where I intended to go, but I think I have ended up where I needed to be.

It's 23 1/2" H x 25" W x 20" D ... Pretty much the standard dimensions of a 27" TV

Here are some pics that I grabbed from my iPhone. The first was from the movie "Waiting", the other 2 are just a powerpoint that I had on my laptop. I tried to zoom in to show how clear the letters are. As you can see, pics of a TV screen get the weird  lines across it. These lines ARE NOT on the TV, just from taking a picture of it...

What resolution were you running the movie at/how high have you tried to set it?  Also, looks like you were running the PP pres at 15khz.

What resolution were you running the movie at/how high have you tried to set it?  Also, looks like you were running the PP pres at 15khz.

I always run my laptop at 1680x1050, but when it ports out to the VGA display, I think it automatically kicks down to 800x600 or something... I didn't try adjusting it at all.

Any takers on this?

I found a manual for this (attached below). No detailed specs, but apparently it's a VGA monitor - 31-48khz.

So I think I might be interested. $75 is a deal, and I'm in the southern suburbs, so it's not that far to Chicago.

I posted a bit earlier but edited it out because I thought I had to work this weekend...but it turns out that I've got Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday free.

Is there a day/time that is best for you? I think I'd like to drive up and check it out.
