Slikstik Utility Drivers

Hey Guys, I recently bought a Slikstik from a fellow member but I he/I dont have the utility cd that came with it.  Is there any place that has this utility?  It is plug and play, but I want to completely configure the whole thing and remap some buttons.  Please let me know if anyone can help!

I know it's an old topic, but I'd need those utilities CD now and that link is defunct.
Is there anyone that has a copy of that CD?
