If you are running XP or newer, type dxdiag in the run dialog box.
When Dxdiag opens, the second tab in will show your video card type on the left and the drivers for it on the right. At the bottom, it will let you know if there are any issues.

If you need more help then that, you'll have to be a bit more specific.
