Plese fix the joystick polling issue

The problem is that setting up the joystick polling to something like 100 ms for quick browsing thorough the game list means that the button polling is also affected and, if you push any button not quickly enough, you get a double press. I think the solution would be defining stick polling and button polling as two separate options. What do you think?

I have my key polling at 50ms, and 'use scrolling acceleration' at 20. The only issue I've had with this is the button used for game info....but it's also the button I use for the cabvol app.

What happens is that, in MaLa, if I press the button all the way down, the game info will appear and disappear.

In or out of MaLa, if I hold the button down, cabvol will not enable lowering or raising of volume.

In both cases, if I press the button just beyond the microswitch click, the issue is rectified. So I think it's the button.
