You could always build your own by using an old mouse...

I considered making my own but ended up buying a griffin powermate due to time constaints.  (Need to finish up my juke by this weekend for the annual halloween bash).

I hope to get some pics up soon for you all to see...

A little searching brought me to the program 'VolumeTray' that will let you control Windows volume with keys.  I guess it doesn't work in Vista, but my jukebox is running on XP so I'll give it a try.  A round volume knob would look nicer than 2 buttons, but I've got an IPac sitting around so I could use any type of button.

If anyone's interested, the VolumeTray program works great in XP!  I'm running E-Touch/Freebox jukebox software in fullscreen mode with the mouse pointer turned off.  I loaded VolumeTray and set it so the up arrow and down arrow adjust the volume.  I hooked a couple Radio Shack buttons to the IPac P1 UP and DOWN.  Now when I launch the jukebox I can adjust the volume with the built in touchscreen volume control and/or the 2 buttons.  The buttons work as the master volume control in Windows, so I can use it when switching between the jukebox and other programs without needing to open the cabinet to get to the speaker volume control.

Specifically, try http://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/Davies-Molding/1940BE/?qs=O7pb%252bE5gJ7Q3%2folPh3XiHA%3d%3d which is black phenolic and should be just over 50mm in diameter, fitting a 1/4" shaft.  Note that this is a skirted knob, and the diameter is of the skirt.
