Almost finished
« on: October 19, 2009, 06:18:33 pm »
I am converting an old Golden Tee 98 into a multi Golden Tee Machine 97,98,99, several tournament editions, the special edition, the classic editions, and the 3d editions and some more. Last night I found a good use for the old power supply I used the 12 volt output to drive a hacked pc speaker amp ( removed the ac to dc componets) and used the 5 volt output to drive a set of 6 volt bulbs to the coin door. That way there is no extra load on the pc power supply. This thing will be fully up and running this weekend..  Then on to the next project.

Er, cool. What's next - a scratch-build I hope?

I would love to scratch build one, but I just about dont have time to do this one. The next one is in a stripped out cab also.

Fair enough - how about a simple MAME conversion this time then?
