Help removing sideart
« on: October 13, 2009, 10:09:38 pm »
Does anyone have any tips for removing old beat up sideart?  I'd like to remove it sand and repaint the area and apply new art but I'm not sure how to get the old stuff off first.  Thanks

A heat gun will make it much easier to scrape off old side art.  If it's applied over vinyl it will loosen the vinyl as well though.

citrisrtip. no heat gun needed just apply with a paint brush wait about an hour and start peeling it off.  tried the heat gun thing and that takes way too long especially if the vinyl is old.
