I had some amazing luck this week. I was given (for free) a fully functional KIS systems kiosk that had the computer ripped out of it. 15" Dell monitor with ELO Accutouch 3000U touchsceen system installed, speakers, amplified, power management, all included, all working.
This kiosk was used for some POS stuff, so on the front panel there is a barcode scanner, a credit card scanner, and a slot where a receipt is printed out. The slot is slightly larger than a CD/DVD .
I had started piecing together components for a jukebox previously and have a notebook slot-loading DVD rom drive and a 120GB notebook hard drive (WD 1200BEVS , ripped from a WD Passport).
I'm trying to figure out the best way to mount these, however the screws needed for these components are TINY. Also, the kiosk has a metal bottom, but I want to mount the motherboard in there somehow without having screws hanging out the bottom of the machine. Any starting points on how to mount these?
