I'm at work and they blocked photobucket so I can t see the photos...but congrats and welcome to the insane asylum ....Did you draw up your own plans or did you get yours from here? I have a tankstick also and I used the plans from www.arcadecab.com...Love it...

Speaker cover...on mine i used regular car speakers covers...

Artwork...ckeck out the artwork section here...there are some great artists there and either they can help or point you in the right direction for your "baby"

pexiglass...I went to Lowes and bought mine ...took it home, and made the cuts...

On mine....I have Mame, MisfitMame,Atari 2600, NES ,SNES,N64,Sega Gen...Jukebox, and DVD movies on mine....Look up SK jukebox here...I love that program...

Regarding the TMolding size.  Its absolutely fine to get it a touch big and trim it.  Post in the woodworking section has good tips that I followed to trim mine and it turned out fine.  Basically you need a really sharp chisel, held at 45 degrees and slide it around holding it at a precise angle.

This works fine unless you are using chrome/gold t-moulding as it is generally foil covered white t-moulding. If you trim it you will be left with a white edge.

Ah good point, I hadn't thought of that.  I was using dark blue, which was fine.
