Illuminated tracball power??
« on: September 27, 2009, 10:52:57 pm »
I have an illuminated tracball from HAPPS. I'm no electrician and i don't wanna screw it up. Where and how do i get power to make my light work? There are 2 terminals for the light, does it matter which is +/-?

  • Yeah, owning a MAME cab only leads to owning real ones. MAME just isn't good enough. It's a gateway drug.

If it's a 12v bulb, just take power from a molex connect off your PC power supply. The yellow wire and a black wire (either black wire).
With an incandescent bulb, it doesn't matter which wires go to + and -.
