Please tell me how to make a CP overlay

I'm looking for help on how to make a sweet CP overlay like the lightning ones you'd spend a butt load of money on. Too cheap to buy one so i'm hoping to get help on how to make my own. Same with the marquee? Thanks

you need a good image editing program. i like to use photoshop, alot of people use vector programs like illustrator.  if you are not making a vector graphic, you must make it at a very high resolution,(300dpi is good) at actual size.  then you have to get it printed, which still wont be cheap.  i made my own marquee for my cab, and had it printed at Staples on glossy photo paper.  it looks nice normally, but when lit from behind, it gets washed out.  you would be best off to have it printed by someone like mamemarquees.com or similar place...which wont be cheap.

although i've never personally done any business with mamemarquees a lot of people are happy with them..

and rather or not staples or kinkos can give satisfactory results or not mamemarquees is in the business of doing just this so you know the quality will be high.

the down side is it can be a serious expense so make sure you're happy with your CP before decorating it.

im far from doing this step my self as this is more a finishing touch so i dont know if kinkos, staples, office max etc produce acceptable quality prints.

btw anyone know those places policy on prints? like a guarantee or something?
