«

I have 8 button per player on my control panel. Now when I set up buttons for MK 3 I don't want to use button 4 or 8 just 1 2 3 5 6 7.
I'm wanting
button 1 low punch
button 2 block
button 3 low kick
button 5 high punch
button 6 run
button 7 kigh kick
How in the heck to I set that up? Same set up for player 2. Thanks for help

Press tab when running the game and go to input this game, and go nuts. You have to know what keys are using buttons 1-7 for each player so you can tell it.

I need it to be like this on mine, the kicks are too hard to think about button location, I have a 6 button panel, and I want it to be:
1: Block
2: HP
3: HK
4: Run (or not used for MK1 and 2)
5: LP
6: LK
I also tried forever and gave up.

what are you using to configure your buttons ? a j-pac, an ipac ? if so download the ultimarc software on their site and then all you do is click on each button and it stays that button

I'm on a J-Pac, will it change for that game only or for every game? Mame has a game specific input options obviously, but I don't have a keyboard hooked up and I don't know what I'm doing blind lol.
