Neo Geo 2 Slot Big Red memory card decal repro

I've got a pretty good scan of this decal:




Is there anyone here that would be able to clean up the picture? It was covered in paint for years and after dissolving the paint with isopropyl alcohol and a scrubbing brush, it's about as good as it is going to get.   Would there be anyone here that would be able to clean up this image, get the reds back to plain red without the black paint flecks, as well as clearing up the images/text in the decal as well as redoing the white part? It looks yellow (which it is) but it should be a silvery white.  I'm trying to get this cleaned up to possibly get a repro stencil made, or at least a high quality photoshop/illustrator template/vector so it can be reproed in the future.
