New Mala version
« on: September 09, 2009, 01:52:48 pm »
Hi

I tried the new mala version this week. I soon gave up. It seems that nothing can be ported over to the new version. I have 40 emu setups and 100 gamelists. There's noway that im doing these by hand. I hope that this version is a preliminary version that eventually will be able to integrate with what you allready have. It' taken me 2 years of work to get to were i am now with the last official version (I think this version workes pretty well I have no problem with video, however theres some other problem that i wish would be fixed in the new beta, like the cluttered layout when leaving some games and emus, and also the problem with most played list: you can not enter 100 or some other figure only 19 or it will crash. Can anyone enlighten me with whats going on with this new 'improved' version? Will it eventually be able to accept previous made setups and gamelists? Dont get me wrong i think Mala is a great FE and i would never swap for another FE. But it worries me that the new beta seems to be needed to be filled out from scratch. (at least for now)
