Anyone make a happ-style pushbutton that is shorter?
« on: September 09, 2009, 01:37:21 am »
I'm in particular looking for a pushbutton that is compatible with the GGG micro-leaf switches.  Does anything exist?

(I'm trying to figure out the best way to get a JLW with a two-way restrictor in a 3/4" MDF panel with a button in the right place right next to it for a Stargate/Defender-style panel.)

If this doesn't exist, I wouldn't mind hearing alternatives that don't work with the micro-leaf.  The Sanwa OBSN-24 Pushbutton is the closest thing I've found online so far. . . doesn't look like it'll work with the micro-leaf, but it is shorter and close in size.  Looks like a Happ is about 22mm in diameter for the button itself.

Nevermind!  If I remove the two non-essential switches and do some dremel work, it'll work fine with the happ pushbuttons and micro-leaf switches! :)

Happy day!

you could always cut a section of the thread area out of a happ button and epoxy it back together kinda like Ond did for the light up opaque happ's
